I am particularly interested in hearing about things that I have omitted, stated in error or that you think would be an improvement over what I have proposed.  Please don’t tell me that this or that part of the proposal will be difficult to implement.  It is certain that many parts will be just that, but the important objective at this early stage is to arrive at a proposal that a large group of people will agree is the right thing to do.  With adequate promotion of the ideas and hard work, it may be possible to reactivate the motto that was popular during World War II:  “The difficult we do immediately; the impossible takes a little longer.”
